At the border of a small village, at 15 minutes driving distance from the sea, this well restored property is situated in a quiet area. The “Adega”, the wine producing shed is still in it original state, all in stone, with winepress and barrel still in. This part, 55 m2 could be transformed in the third house and because of the high roof a second floor could be made.

The property has a flat plot of land about 3.500 m2 with fruit trees, automatic irrigation and a water well with ca. 6.000 liters. Furthermore there is a dog kennel, chicken cage, and a swimming pool on the ground. On the back you overlook a protected forest area and a small river runs on the extreme of the property.
