This fantastic estate of rural tourism has already approved project to expand a further 6 bedrooms en suite. It also has the possibility to transform storage spaces into small apartments, in case you wish to receive more guests and eventually increase the tourist occupation.
The rural part is 90 ha and can be exploited for agriculture, already now has a magnificent olive grove.
