In the walled garden of approximately 460 m2 is a pool of 24 m2, a covered pavilion with a barbecue and a trampoline. The sale includes also a satellite dish with 8 connectors. The accessibility is good and in front of the house there is an ample parking. It is situated on a quiet village road.
There are several attractions nearby such as the pilgrimage town Fatima (25km), Ourem, Tomar, Batalha, Alcobaca, Obidos and Coimbra. It is also not far from the coast with its beaches of Sao Pedro de Moel and Nazare. By the various highways both Lisbon (150km) as Porto (200km) Airport are within reach. There is also a train station nearby.
