S. Roque Property, in Vieira do Minho - Portugal, has 15ha, being 5ha of woods, 7ha of vineyards and
the rest of forests. It also has two houses, a swimming pool and a 17th Century Chapel.
The water supply is made through gravity, extracting water from several mines westwards and other
existing in the farm. The main house located in a a small mount has great views of, Ermal's dam and also
to the Mountain of Cabreira

The ancien woods of diverse flora have 100 years of care and are well looked after

Accesses and infra structures

The west access is made through the national road 599 and by public path.
When the Via do Ave (Ave way) is conclud, wich will be at a distance of 300mts from the tourism
project, it will shorten the ways to the Cavado and the valleys, that currently are:
- From the exit of the O`Porto- Braga highway will be of a distance of 35 km;
- From the Francisco Sá Carneiro ( O`Porto) will be at a distance of 80 km;
- 80 km distant from O`Porto by Highway nº3 and National Road nº103;
- 100 km from Spain/ Galiza by the Chaves border, National Road nº103;
- 20 km from Spain/Galiza by the Portela do Homem border (National Park of Peneda Gerês);
- 12 km from Gerês by the National Road nº304;
- 30 km from Braga by National Road nº103;
- 25 km from Guimarães by the National Roads nº101, nº310 and nº103.
