In this farm are carried wedding parties through all weekends. With an excellent localization in the village of Colares - Sintra, it is 30 minutes away from Lisbon, 20 minutes away from Cascais and Estoril, and it is five minutes away from beaches as Adraga, Praia Grande, Praia das Macas and Azenhas do Mar. For these reasons and others it has been very requested for these occasions.
Previously, the farm was used as residential, because it has some small apartments and rooms.
This farm is located in Sintra, more necessarily in the village of Colares.
It has 21,160 sq.m. and is 80m of the road nș 274.
It is in a fertile and sunny valley, between fields cultivated and small farm-houses.
The farm it is constituted by seven distinct constructions:
1 - The main building
2 - The section to the left of the main building
3 - Apartments, cellar and wine-press
4 - Pavilion
5 - The caretaker house
6 - The stable and garage
7 - An Outbuilding
All the buildings, to the exception of the pavilion, are constructed in masonry rock with a hydraulic whitewash fastening such as was used in middle of 19th century.
The main building and the section to its left have socle in tile and squared stone all the way to the courtyard that has Portuguese causeway.
This stone-paved courtyard goes to an interior yard, for which it gives to the cellar and wine-press.
The pavilion, related in point 4, is a pay-manufactured construction, in wood and glass, with soil of Portuguese causeway.
