This guesthouse is an oasis of charm set amongst lush gardens and within walking distance to the spectacular cliff and cove lines beaches of Senhora da Rocha near Armacao de Pera, central Algarve. The rooms are stylishly decorated combining modern comforts with traditional moorish elements. The rooms are fully equipped with individually controlled air conditioning (warm/cold), satelite TV with DVD-CD player, a small safe and a well stocked mini-bar. The en-suite bathrooms boast modern showers and fittings. All rooms have access to outdoor terraces. There is a suite / family room which has a spacious lounge area with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. This suite also has its own private outdoor terrace.
The guesthouse is split over 2 buildings, both only 2 levels high and seperated by the outdoor pool. At the front there is a small outside breakfast area with a zen garden and pond. The breakfast area continues inside where there is also a small reception and a bar. Most of the property was refurbished in 2006 and the remainder is planned to be completed this winter (2007). These plans include a full professional kitchen, private terraces for all rooms and redecoration for all rooms not yet done.
There is also seperate owners accomodation, a seperate 1 bedroom apartments and ample storage room which could be put to other use.
All legal safety requirements are met and the final refurb will take the facilities up to full hotel specification including disabled access and disabled room.
Overall this is a lovely guesthouse which benefits from many repeat bookings.
