The villa comes with plenty of garden furniture so that you can enjoy the tiled terrace and the pool. There is a detached garage and space for parking up to three cars. This villa is situated in a very quiet residential area.

4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms - 3 bathrooms with shower and 1 with a jacuzzi bath, 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 en suite and 1 twin bedded room.This holiday villa comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has a very comfortable living/lounge area with TV,DVD & Hifi installation and a lovely open fireplace. 1 fully equiped kitchen with : oven, gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher.The villa has gas central heating and a central vacuum system. This house also has very big private swimming pool and private terraces. This luxury villa has a splendid location near Nazare and only 2 minutes from the beach (by car), it has everything you could wish for to have your dream holiday!!!

Prices:All prices are based on one-week rental for the villa,irrespective of the number of guests. Inclusive of bedlinen, towels, gas, water & electricity . Low season* (October, November, December, January, February, March) €495 euro/week.Mid season & Christmas* (April, May, June, September) €750 euro/week.High season July & August €895 euro/week. *Gas and expenses extra during low/mid seasons. All prices are inclusive gas,water,electricity,sheets & towels.There is an additional cleaning fee of €75 euro a week. Cots can be provided at an 25 euro per cot per week.
