very nice 2 bedroom house with communal pool,only minutes away from Obidos & the ocean

Property Description:

The house has the following lay-out.
2 sleeping rooms one with king size bed and one twin bedded room,all rooms have build in wardrobes.
The double bedroom has a balcony with views on the lake and the countryside.

1 very comfortable lounge and dining room with flat screen TV,DVD and Dolby surround-system
1 fully equiped kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave,fridge and freezer ,washing machine,tumble dryer
1 bathroom with a bath,jacuzzi/shower, toilet
1 seperate toilet in the hallway

The house has a private garage and a nice inner courtyard.
There is also a communal pool and a children playground at 50 meters from the house.

This lovely comfortable house is about 5 minutes driving to the historical center of Obidos.

All prices are on a one-week basis and per house / bungalow, independent of the number of persons. Inclusive bedlinen, towels, kitchen appliances, gas, water, electricity .

Low season (December, January, February, March) 375 euro/week

Mid season (April, May, June, September,October,November) 450 euro/week

High season July,August 575 euro/week
