Chateau built in the early 20th century, in one of the most iconic beaches in all of Northern Portugal, and was completely rebuilt in the 80s and subject to constant benefits and renovations up till today. With a plot area of around 1,750 m2, walled-in, designed by landscape architect Alvaro Cangueiro in agreeance to the colonial atmosphere of the early twentieth century and typical to the Praia da Granja society. One of the most interesting houses from the architectural point of view in Praia da Granja, bordering the Grijo Palace, a classified monument and living symbol of the illustrious past the area. The Wandschneider chateau extends to two distinct spaces: - The English lawn, framed by palm trees of various species, beech and begonias where the house is located. - The pool area, completely renovated in 2008, framed with Ipe wood decking and palm trees.
